Prepare your skin:
It is necessary to remove dead skin cells from the skin surface before you wax so that you can achieve the best results.
It is easier for you to shave your legs when the hair is just long enough. So make sure that it could be about one-fourth inch to half an inch long.
It will be worse if you try to pull hair from the damaged area. So there should not be any cut, scrape, irritation, or sunburn on your legs.
Step-by-step Guide on How to Wax Your Legs
Find out the direction of hair growth and apply wax evenly to your skin in that direction:
● Use the wooden stick in your waxing kit to apply the wax.
● Check the direction in which your hair is growing.
● Apply enough wax to cover your hair but not too much.
Press down the waxing strip :
Make sure you press down firmly, but gently. You should put the strip on in the direction of your hair growth. Rub your hand over the strip to make the strip grip the hair. Leave an extra bit of strip not touching any of your hair at the end, which serves as a handle, and you’ll find it easier to pull off.
Pull the strip off:
You need to pull the strip off in the opposite direction of hair growth. If you apply the wax in a downward motion, then remove the waxing strip in an upward movement. Use your leftover piece as a grip and remove it fast. Hold the skin taut with your other hand while you pull the strip off.
Repeat the above steps over the rest of your legs
